Support
Help with your Fitnesta account, sign-in, safety and privacy.
Contact support
Email support@fitnesta.com. To help us help you, include:
- the email address or phone number on your account (never your password or a sign-in code);
- whether you use Fitnesta as a member, personal trainer or business;
- your device (iPhone or Android) and, if you can, the app version;
- what happened, and a screenshot if it helps.
Account and sign-in problems
- Sign in the same way you created your account — email and password, phone number, Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Apple and Google open the account that has the same confirmed email address (an address hidden with Apple’s Hide My Email is a different one), and a phone number is a separate way in — so a different method can look like a missing account.
- When you create an account with an email address we email you a code to confirm it, and the account is created only once you enter it. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.
- Phone sign-in currently accepts Indian mobile numbers (+91). If a code does not arrive, check the number and wait a minute before asking for another one. A code stops working after several wrong attempts; ask for a new one.
- To change your email address, phone number or password, open Account settings in the app. Changing your email address needs a code from both your current and your new address, and you may be asked for your password or to sign in again first.
- To sign out a device you do not recognise, open Account settings, then Where you’re signed in.
- If you forgot your password, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen: we email you a code that lets you set a new one. If you still cannot get in, email support@fitnesta.com from the address on your account.
- An account that has been deleted, suspended or banned cannot be signed in to.
Price and payments
- Fitnesta is currently free for members, personal trainers and businesses. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases, and the app never asks for a card.
- Payments for gym memberships, classes and sessions are made to the personal trainer or business, not to Fitnesta. Ask them about charges, dues or refunds.
Reporting a person or content
- Use the Report option on the person, personal trainer, business, community, post, comment, message, event or activity, choose a reason and add any details.
- To stop someone contacting you, block them from their profile or from the conversation. You can review blocked accounts in Account settings.
- If you cannot report something in the app, or you need to tell us more, email support@fitnesta.com with a description and screenshots.
Reports are reviewed by our moderators, and we act on content and accounts that break the Terms of Service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
WhatsApp payment reminders
Gyms and studios on Fitnesta can send their members payment reminders over WhatsApp. Reply STOP to stop reminders from that business, STOP ALL to stop all reminders sent through Fitnesta, and START or START ALL to receive them again. For questions about a charge, contact the business.
